If I could put higher than 5 stars or higher than 10 on any of these questions, I would. My wife an I began our house search in 2018 in an area of New Hampshire that has notoriously few houses available. We saw over 20 homes, put in 10+ offers, and got rejected at every conceivable stage of the home buying process. If it wasn't for Aaron's positive attitude, and constant reassertion that we would find "our house" eventually, I'm not sure we would have made it through the entire process. He was always available for question, or to bounce ideas off, and was always critical of the homes we were looking at. He too owns an older home, and so having his expertise when looking in an area dominated by homes that are 100+ years old was invaluable. We have been in our new home for almost two weeks, and it already feels like we have been there forever. The worst part of this entire process is that I will no longer be able in semi-constant contact with Aaron, as I have grown to view him as not only our real estate agent, but a close friend. I have several family members who have purchased homes, and in their experience, the process has been nothing but negative; I can say with utter certainty that thanks to Aaron, and Aaron alone, our home-buying process was as enjoyable as possible. Dear Sir/Ma'am, Being a military family, this was the fourth house purchased by my wife and I and, due to CoVid and travel restrictions, was the most arduous purchase. We had to do most of the house hunting, and then the purchasing process, remotely. Through it all, Aaron has been one of the most exceptional people I have ever worked with. What he did to help my family find the right home is nearly beyond words: -He set up automated searches to help us find the right listings in the areas we were interested in (and we searched for almost a year). -When we found ones we liked but couldn't travel due to travel restrictions, he did video walk throughs so we could see the house. He was exceptional through this trying time (very little on the market in the price range and area). -When the mortgage company was painfully slow through the closing process (worst mortgage experience ever), he was there with us on the phone and via emails nearly everyday making sure we closed on time for my wife to move in on time.
